Amberkeys Support Their Customers with NetSupport Manager

“We needed to remote control customer PCs in order to provide support and transfer our custom software,” explains Paul Cheetham, Partner.

“We have been using NetSupport Manager for some time with our previous employer and one of our customers. Since we had already concluded there was nothing to rival NetSupport Manager we did not consider anything else.

Teachers can easily interact with Students by showing them their screen and guiding them in the right direction. NetSupport School has also saved us time at the end of a lesson, all machines can now be closed down at the click of a button.”

Houston Community College are the latest Higher Ed institution to realize the benefits of using PC Management software.

The college has just installed NetSupport School on the 30 computers located in its state-of-the-art library facility and for librarian Marcia Braun the product has made the day to day administration of the PCs a whole lot easier.

"NetSupport School has proved to have many benefits both in terms of keeping students who use the library focused on their work and in the time saving it has brought to my role. Ontario Ministry of Education Extend Their Partnership With NetSupport

“We needed a tool to monitor the Students more closely while in class. A Teacher had used NetSupport School at a previous School, so we decided to trial the software and it was really liked by the members of the staff who used it,” explains Liane Acres, ICT Technician.

“NetSupport School is useful in the fact that I can monitor the Students from different rooms and also the Teacher can help Students by taking over their screen and explaining how to do things.

We are still getting used to the software but the help facility is excellent and being able to control what Students can access has proved very useful.”

NetSupport Technology Helps Papio-Missouri NRD Support Their Mobile Workforce

Papio-Missouri Natural Resource District in the state of Nebraska use a combination of NetSupport technologies to manage their IT infrastructure and support their ‘roaming’ workforce.

The challenge was two-fold:
