NetSupport has today released a new version of NetSupport ServiceDesk.

Now featuring a brand new user interface to make it clearer for users to navigate and view information, NetSupport ServiceDesk is now easier to use than ever. It also provides a detailed “error capture” overview that gives Technical Support operators more information about problems to enable them to be resolved more efficiently.
