IT security is one of the top issues concerning business leaders, according to a recent survey.
The research, carried out by the British Computer Society, found that 59 per cent of businesses are currently concerned about the security of their systems and are looking to work on the issue over the next 12 months.
In addition, organisations highlighted their concern of a skills gap within the IT industry, with 48 per cent indicating that they required suitably qualified IT technicians.
With IT teams working under pressure and with few resources, technology that is comprehensive, logical and easy to use – plus that saves time – can help to plug the gap.
NetSupport solutions such as NetSupport Manager (desktop management and remote control) and NetSupport DNA (IT Asset Management) can offer IT teams a lifeline in terms of working more efficiently and securely across different platforms and devices, giving them a chance to enhance their system security and save time with automated processes.
