The Gregg family has been serving the Pittsburgh community for nearly 50 years with its staffing solutions. The company has been recognized by Pittsburgh Business Times as one of the “Best Places to Work” eight out of the last nine years!

What challenges were you trying to solve?
We had a requirement to monitor user behaviour, including log on/ log off times, web usage, changes to hardware and software, as well as the ability to control staff use of USB flash media.

Why did you choose NetSupport DNA?
Its really easy to implement and to use, plus all its features makes it the complete solution to manage and monitor technology. The cost also made it very affordable. Overall  NetSupport DNA was an easy decision.

How is the software currently being used in your organisation?
We use NetSupport DNA primarily to ensure compliance with our security requirements. Such as monitoring log on / log off times, internet usage with the web metering feature, control of USB devices via endpoint security tools, and other aspects of user behaviour such as application usage.

How/where has NetSupport added value?
Due to its ease of use and intuitive user interface, group leaders can monitor users without having to possess deep knowledge of IT. This has saved time, both in terms of manual checks and the time it would have taken to learn how to use the software. Overall, Keep up the good work!
