April is School Library Month in the US. The American Association of School Librarians organizes the event as a way to celebrate School Librarians and the programs they offer on campus.

Librarians in schools across the country are encouraged to organize activities to help their school and local community celebrate how school library programs can help transform learning.

The theme for 2018 is ‘Making Connections at Your School Library’ – and helping many Librarians across the country to do exactly this is classroom management solution, NetSupport School, which is perfect for use in this type of learning environment. It not only helps to keep students engaged via digital learning activities, but assists Librarians to keep them on task by offering web or application restrictions, where appropriate.

Librarians can conduct learning sessions via NetSupport School taking advantage of features such as launching URLs simultaneously on students’ devices to ensure everyone reaches the same webpage quickly, or responding to help requests from students needing assistance, at the same time as being able to monitor the rest of the group’s activity in a single view. All these features and more contribute towards making school libraries valuable, personalized learning environments in which students can learn and progress.
