Our IT Asset Management solution, NetSupport DNA, has just had new features added in its latest update (version 4.9)!

In addition to providing all the tools to track, monitor, manage, and maximize an organization’s technology, its latest set of tools support multi-device management to cut workloads and make tasks more efficient.

IT technicians across a school or company now have a more flexible and efficient way to carry out specific tasks on multiple staff or student devices. They can simply bulk select staff or students to view different activity data, such as application usage, the memory status of the devices, or even online safety keywords (Education Edition). In addition to viewing activity data, IT teams can also bulk select staff or students and perform actions on multiple devices simultaneously, such as running PowerShell commands (Education Edition only), and chat or messaging – saving time and delivering extra convenience for technicians.

Meanwhile, as internet risks and trends constantly change, NetSupport DNA’s built-in online safety suite (Education Edition) now includes two new categories (Gambling and Cybersecurity) to help school counselors see any related triggered events more quickly and keep students safe online. School counselors can also add notes to all triggered events (not just the false positives), such as details of any follow-up actions and more – perfect for ensuring other staff are kept updated.
