The sales team here at NetSupport Inc. is made up of some great individuals.
Here are some details about each of them!
VP OF SALES
Maggie serves as our Vice President of Sales for the US/LATAM. She started her career as a teacher after obtaining her Bachelor’s in Integrated Language Arts from Ashland University. Maggie started at NetSupport as the West Coast EDU account manager, and she has previously worked for an education publishing company and in university admissions. When she isn’t promoting NetSupport solutions (her favorite being NetSupport School), she’s at home with her husband and two children, usually baking or playing games.
Maggie has lived in four states and has visited 24 US States.

Al is the CEO of the NetSupport Group of companies and has led the development and growth of its corporate and education solutions for over 30 years. He is also deeply involved in the UK education sector as Chair of a group of six schools, Chair of his local Governors’ Leadership Group and more. He speaks extensively on education and edtech at events around the world and has written for numerous education publications. He has authored two books – My Secret #EdTech Diary and My School #Governance Handbook.
Al is a Porsche enthusiast.

South Central - Account Manager
Andrew is the South Central Account Manager for NetSupport and has been with the company for more than two years. His favorite NetSupport solution is NetSupport School, and he loves assisting customers and helping them find their ideal solution. He has a business administration degree from CSU Fullerton. Andrew loves hiking, running, weightlifting, and music performance.
Andrew can play music by ear!

Southeast - Territory Account Manager
Robert has been with NetSupport for over 20 years and has served the Southeast nearly all that time. NetSupport School is his favorite solution, and he is passionate about helping provide customers with the best service and support. In addition to software sales, Robert has worked in real estate and has received specialized certification from the Legal Career Institute. He is passionate about playing music, walking and hiking (and generally being outdoors) and fishing.
Robert loves roller coasters and theme parks!

Midwest - Account Manager
Jim serves as the Midwest Account Manager. He has been involved with software sales for more than 30 years, with half of that being at NetSupport! He enjoys the technical aspects of software sales, understanding the products and how they work. His favorite NetSupport Solution is DNA and has been since 2005. Outside of the office, Jim enjoys fishing and camping.
Jim owns stock (one share) in the Green Bay Packers!

Northwest - Account Manager
Aurea is the Northwest Account Manager and loves providing solutions that help organizations and schools streamline their work processes and save money, allowing them to focus on their mission. Her favorite solution is NetSupport DNA. Aurea studied business at Georgia Tech and has worked in multiple verticals, including legal and education publishing. She enjoys reading, cooking, and pub trivia.
Aurea enjoys dancing at random moments, for random reasons, and it doesn’t matter where she is or that she is only a “so-so” dancer (her words).

Northeast - Account Manager
Latoya’s favorite NetSupport solution is classroom.cloud, as it supports schools’ abilities to empower their staff, students, and families from anywhere. She is inspired by the impact of technology within all learning environments, including training, and staff development across industries. Outside of work, Latoya loves reading and enjoying nature. Previously, Latoya earned her master’s from New York University and has worked in both corporate and educational organizations, ultimately leading her to the NetSupport team.
Latoya loves watching sci-fi and history films!

Central East - Territory Account Manager
Ed manages the Central East (Ohio down to North Carolina) and has a passion for helping people solve their internal problems. He loves talking to professionals in EDU and corporate settings and learning more about their needs. His favorite solution is classroom.cloud because he knows that it is having an immediate and direct effect on student learning and development. Ed majored in non-profit/community service and communication, and he loves eating good food, tennis, and spending time with his family.
Ed used to coach youth and high school soccer!

LATAM Channel Manager
Rosalina is our LATAM Channel Manager and loves working with customers and partners in different countries, as well as learning about their cultures. Her favorite solution is classroom.cloud because of how easy it is for teachers to use. Rosalina holds an MBA from Tecnologico de Monterrey with a major in management and finance. Outside of work, Rosalina is an avid cyclist and runner who has won multiple races.
She loves to train and is always ready to compete.
